At Career Compass, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines regarding refunds for subscriptions, digital products, and coaching services.

By purchasing or subscribing to our products and services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this document carefully before making a purchase.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of the current billing period.

2.2 Refunds for Subscription Services

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting our customer support team.

After the initial 14-day period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

3. Digital Products

3.1 E-Books, Guides, and Templates

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of e-books, guides, templates, and other downloadable materials are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated or the product has been delivered.

However, if you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the digital product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

3.2 Online Courses

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our online courses. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • You have completed no more than 30% of the course content
  • You provide specific feedback about why the course did not meet your expectations

To request a refund for an online course, please contact our customer support team with your purchase details and reason for the refund request.

4. Coaching and Consultation Services

4.1 Cancellation Policy

For individual coaching or consultation sessions:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund or rescheduling option
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled session: 50% refund or rescheduling option
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: No refund, but a one-time rescheduling option may be offered at our discretion

4.2 Package Services

For coaching or consultation packages:

  • If you purchase a package of multiple sessions, you may request a prorated refund for any unused sessions, less a 15% administrative fee, within 30 days of purchase
  • After 30 days, unused sessions are non-refundable but will remain available for you to schedule for up to 6 months from the date of purchase

4.3 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first coaching or consultation session, please notify us within 24 hours of the session, and we will offer you:

  • A complimentary follow-up session with the same coach or with a different coach
  • Or a full refund for that session

5. Events and Workshops

5.1 Virtual Events

For virtual events and workshops:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: Full refund
  • Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event: No refund

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us in advance.

5.2 In-Person Events

For in-person events and workshops:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund

If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Career Compass, you will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled event date.

  • Date of purchase
  • Order number or transaction ID (if available)
  • Product or service for which you are requesting a refund
  • Reason for requesting a refund

7. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase

Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable, and your bank or credit card company may have additional processing times before the refund appears in your account.

8. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that:

  • Demonstrate patterns of abuse or bad faith
  • Are for customized or personalized services that have been delivered as specified
